Returns & Refunds

Eligible consumers generally have a statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal. The full conditions, exceptions and model statement are set out in the Right of Withdrawal page.

Send a clear withdrawal statement and return the goods securely within the statutory period. Original packaging is not mandatory, but suitable packaging should be used to avoid transport damage.

The consumer bears the direct return cost for a withdrawal unless we agree otherwise. The estimated cost for goods that cannot normally be returned by post is stated before purchase. For defects, transport damage or incorrect delivery, we provide or cover the necessary reasonable return method as required by law.

Goods may be inspected as they could be in a shop. A deduction is made only for legally relevant diminished value caused by additional handling. Installation, use, welding, cutting, drilling or other permanent modification can cause substantial diminished value.

An approved withdrawal refund includes the least expensive standard delivery offered and is made to the original payment method within the statutory period. We may wait until the goods or proof of dispatch is received.
