Right of Withdrawal

Eligible consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within fourteen days. The period normally begins when the consumer or a nominated third party other than the carrier receives the goods. Special rules apply to split deliveries.

To withdraw, send a clear statement to Florian Schrank, trading as KAIZOR Motorworks, Schönau 125/1, 8225 Pöllau, Austria, email support@kaizor.at. The online withdrawal form may be used but is not mandatory.

You can also use the electronic withdrawal function labelled “Withdraw contract”, which remains available from the footer. After submitting the requested details, you receive an immediate acknowledgement containing the statement, date and time on a durable medium.

It is sufficient to send the statement before the withdrawal period expires.

We refund payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving the withdrawal statement. Extra delivery costs caused by choosing a more expensive method are not refunded beyond the standard-delivery amount.

We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or evidence of dispatch is provided, whichever occurs first. The original payment method is used unless another method is expressly agreed without additional cost.

Goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the withdrawal statement. Consumers bear the direct return cost. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, the estimated direct return cost is stated before purchase on the product or in checkout. Where a legally required estimate was not provided, that cost obligation is not assumed against the consumer.

The consumer is liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Installation, operation, welding, cutting, drilling, bonding or other permanent modification of vehicle parts can cause substantial diminished value.

Where the statutory requirements are met, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalised. Statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
