Engine family and displacement are not enough for reliable N57 fitment. Output version, chassis, emissions standard, sensors and installed after-treatment must be considered together.
Data to collect
Record the VIN, production date, exact model and OE references. A specialist inspection can establish the filter and sensor configuration actually fitted.

DPF removal is not a fitment solution
